Our Syrah was planted in 1994 at the Estate Vineyard.  It roots upon a stony hillside, which provides sources of unique minerals and nutrients that add to the complexity of the finished product.

Given the age of the syrah and this particular varietals tendency to be vigorous; it is sometimes a tricky thing to tame this wild vine. We have perfected our vineyard management practices to harness the potential of this site and the vines that call it home.

Tasting Notes:

Our Syrah is full-bodied and bold. With undertones of allspice and berry, our Syrah encapsulates the feel of family gathered around a thanksgiving table. It is pleasant on the palate from start to finish.

Pairs well with Pork chops with apple chutney or a Roast Turkey dinner and all the fixings.
