Blended from 4 distinct Cabernet Sauvignon clones, our " Cab. Blend" is a complex, fruit forward red with dark cherry & raspberry notes. It has approachable, light tannins with a smooth finish. Clones 4, 7, 8, and 15.

Crafted from old-vines planted in 1994, our Syrah is bold and fruity with warm spice notes. A little tobacco on the nose, with a smooth, soft tannin finish.

By separately aging and then blending four clones of Cabernet Sauvignon into one big, bold wine we can allow each clone to bring its own personality to the party.

Crafted from Clone 4, this Cabernet Sauvignon clone was bottled as a stand-alone because it does not play well with the other clones! While the others are more fruit forward, Clone 4 is earthy and dry. It is a stunning stand-alone Cabernet.

With a light jalapeño pepper kick up front and a back of palette white pepper finish, our Malbec combines two very different clones into a complex, well-rounded wine that compliments spicy cuisine. Platinum medal winner!

This Malbec breaks the mold with its hot-pink hue.  Soft on the front of your palette, it finishes with a pleasant white pepper note. A very limited number of Entav 595 vines were imported from France, so we hope you enjoy this unique Malbec.

Dark and inky, our Petit Verdot is earthy and less fruit-forward. Notes of black cherry on the nose with medium body acidity.

Crafted from old-vines planted in 1994, our Syrah is bold and fruity with warm spice notes. It has been performing consistently for us from our first vintage in 2015 to present.

This crisp and refreshing Viognier has a lovely floral note on the nose and a tropical fruit finish.

By separately aging and then blending five clones of Cabernet Sauvignon into one big, bold wine we can allow each clone to bring its own personality to the party, and win a Silver Medal! Crafted using clones 6, 7, 8, 15, and 33.

This unoaked Chardonnay is aged in stainless steel. It has a creamy mouthfeel with a smooth finish. Pairs well with aged Gouda.

Known as the “red drinker’s white,” our Roussanne is aged in stainless steel, has no residual sugar and a full-bodied mouth feel.

Aged in a Rye whiskey barrel, the 2020 Straight Shooter is made by Pam Adkins using our Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon. The Rye barrel imparts a complex nose, caramel notes in the mid-palate and a warm finish.
